1. HOW DO I CHOOSE A PROGRAM.
When you purchase a FIT BODY PROGRAM, you will have the option to choose which program you would like to buy. Select the program most suited to your goals. SHRED for pure fat loss, SCULPT for tone and shape, BOOTY for lean legs and lifted glutes.
2. How is the nutrition delivered.
You have the option to choose Meal Guide only OR you can choose Meal Guide with Macros. Adding macros to your program may be suitable for more advanced women who are comfortable with tracking or who want to learn how to track. With both options, the meal guides with recipe swap out feature are all delivered through the Online Members Platform which is a powerful tool accessible through out website. The program gives you access to over 100 recipes that you can swap and change to suit your taste buds.
3. WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START.
The FIT BODY PROGRAM runs every 8 weeks. You can sign up anytime and get access to a prep-workout and nutrition plan until the program is ready to start! That can give you a few extra weeks of content and training absolutely free. The moment you sign up, you have access to content and will be emailed preparation instructions to get you started.
4. CAN I CHOOSE BOTH HOME AND GYM OPTION.
No, you will only have the option to choose one. If you will be using both the gym as well as home to complete your program, I would suggest choose the home option. The home programs are easy to do at the gym with no large gym machines needed.
5.do i have to check-in.
Check-ins are an amazing tool to keep you tracking well and gives me the opportunity to adjust your program if needed. Your program gives you access to 4 check-ins which is insanely good for keeping accountable and ensuring you are meeting your targets. Check-ins are at the start of Week 1, then week 2, 4 and the final one is week 6. If you don’t want a check-in then simply don’t book it in.
