The home program is powerful so don’t underestimate it. That’s exactly how I transformed my body (see the picture, that’s me!)

GYM PROGRAM

If you have gym access and prefer to train with more equipment, then choose the gym program. Either option will get you results!

You have the option to do your workouts at home or the gym and can do this program alongside bootcamp classes for local ladies

HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?

The programs are designed in such a way that you progress with each round and each program that you choose to do. You will always start at Round 1 then can progress to Round 2. For example you may Sign Up for the Shred Program Round 1, then move onto the Sculpt Program Round 1, then you might go and do the Shred Program Round 2. 

This ensures you are progressively overloading your training at a level that promotes positive metabolic responses while still getting all the benefits of fat loss and muscle building.

Most women are seeing results with just 1 Round of any of the programs, but you’ll find they go on to sign up again because they absolutely loved how easy it was and how fantastic they feel! Check out some of these AMAZING transformations.

This 6 Week Programs begin on Monday the 22nd July, if you sign up early you get bonus access to the App, Members Lounge and recipe hub to start working towards your goals . You will have access to an ‘early bird’ program in the FBBN App as soon as you purchase your program, however the Shred, Sculpt or Booty program won’t start until the start date!

Your ‘6 Week Program’ experience begins as soon as you secure your place. I will email you with a number of resources to help you to prepare for Day 1, as well request you to fill out the Client Initial Form that gives me all the info to help me get started on your program!

Choose the Shred program if you:

  • Want to shred body fat

Prepare yourself for 6 weeks of heart starting HIIT training that will torch body fat and put your metabolism into overdrive. These workouts are under 30 minutes but pack an almighty punch.

What do you need:

The Shred program can be done at home or the gym. For home workouts it’s suggested that you have a few pieces of equipment, this is just to add a little more intensity. You don’t always need anything, sometimes it’s just a good heart racing circuit full of body weight.

Having access to the following will ensure you can progress over the 6 weeks:

 

  • Light Dumbbells or Kettlebell
  • Heavy Dumbbells or Kettlebell
  • Skipping Rope
  • Booty Bands
  • Mat
SCULPT PROGRAM

Choose the Sculpt program if you:

  • Want to sculpt and tone
  • Want to burn body fat 
  • Want a tighter waist and hips 
  • Want to create definition
  • Love a variety of training
  • Need workouts without complex gym equipment

Prepare yourself for 6 weeks of strength, HIIT and sculpting circuits to create a toned, feminine shape. These workouts are around 30-45 minutes and really ensure your whole body is worked. 

What do you need:

The Sculpt program can be done at home or the gym. For home workouts it’s suggested that you have a few pieces of equipment, the strength circuits will need a few different weights to challenge yourself, the HIIT and sculpting circuits need little to no equipment to complete.

Having access to the following will ensure you can progress over the 6 weeks:

 

  • Light Dumbbells or Kettlebell
  • Heavy Dumbbells or Kettlebell
  • Skipping Rope
  • Booty Bands
  • Ankle Weights
  • Fitball
  • Mat
BOOTY PROGRAM

Choose the Booty program if you: 

  • Want to build lean legs
  • Want to lift and build your glutes 
  • Want to create shape and strength 
  • Want to keep body fat low
  • Love weight training with a little cardio to ensure you stay lean
  • Need workouts to challenge and motivate you

Prepare yourself for 6 weeks of hard work, these glutes won’t build themselves magically! They need challenging workouts that focus on building lean muscle while alternating with sculpting full body HIIT sessions to get results.  These workouts are around 45 minutes and designed for maximum results. 

What do you need: 

The Booty program can be done at home or the gym. For home workouts it’s suggested that you have a few pieces of equipment, the strength circuits will need a few different weights to challenge yourself, the HIIT and sculpting circuits need little to no equipment to complete.

 

Having access to the following will ensure you can progress over the 6 weeks:

1. HOW DO I CHOOSE A PROGRAM.

When you purchase a FIT BODY PROGRAM, you will have the option to choose which program you would like to buy. Select the program most suited to your goals. SHRED for pure fat loss, SCULPT for tone and shape, BOOTY for lean legs and lifted glutes. 

2. How is the nutrition delivered.

You have the option to choose Meal Guide only OR you can choose Meal Guide with Macros. Adding macros to your program may be suitable for more advanced women who are comfortable with tracking or who want to learn how to track. With both options, the meal guides with recipe swap out feature are all delivered through the Online Members Platform which is a powerful tool accessible through out website. The program gives you access to over 100 recipes that you can swap and change to suit your taste buds.

3. WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START.

The FIT BODY PROGRAM runs every 8 weeks. You can sign up anytime and get access to a prep-workout and nutrition plan until the program is ready to start! That can give you a few extra weeks of content and training absolutely free. The moment you sign up, you have access to content and will be emailed preparation instructions to get you started.

4. CAN I CHOOSE BOTH HOME AND GYM OPTION.

No, you will only have the option to choose one. If you will be using both the gym as well as home to complete your program, I would suggest choose the home option. The home programs are easy to do at the gym with no large gym machines needed.

5.do i have to check-in.

Check-ins are an amazing tool to keep you tracking well and gives me the opportunity to adjust your program if needed. Your program gives you access to 4 check-ins which is insanely good for keeping accountable and ensuring you are meeting your targets. Check-ins are at the start of  Week 1, then week 2, 4 and the final one is week 6. If you don’t want a check-in then simply don’t book it in.

About Me

I’m a mum of 3 from Sydney…. 10 years ago I was diagnosed with: Panic Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Agrophobia  and Depression.
Learning that I had these conditions changed my life forever (I didn’t really know I had these things). I re-entered the health and fitness game as a client, I had well and truly hung up my personal trainer hat and was in no state to program myself – I struggled to even leave the house, all the while I had a 6 year old, a 2 year old and a 6 month old baby. I joined a gym, enlisted a personal trainer and clawed my way out of the dark.

It took me another 6 years to take the step to restart my fitness career.

Now 5 years on from that I am lucky enough to have re-buit myself from the ground up. I love being outside, I love meeting new people, I love taking care of my body and my mind. All these things I loathed and was afraid of back in 2008.

If I can give one piece of advice to anyone struggling with this journey… is that it’s SO SO worth it! Never stop and never give up on yourself. I never imagined that I could like myself (even love and appreciate myself), or that I would be living and breathing such a motivating and fulfilling life. I never thought it was possible, I never had anyone telling me that it was possible… well I’m here to tell you it’s possible, you can live a happy and healthy life that gives you true joy and you can inspire those around you to do exactly the same.
