SHRED PROGRAM

Choose the Shred program if you:

  • Want to shred body fat
  • Want to feel lean
  • Want a tighter waist and hips
  • Are short on time
  • Love HIIT training
  • Need workouts without complex gym equipment

Prepare yourself for 6 weeks of heart starting HIIT training that will torch body fat and put your metabolism into overdrive. These workouts are under 30 minutes but pack an almighty punch.

What do you need:

The Shred program can be done at home or the gym. For home workouts it’s suggested that you have a few pieces of equipment, this is just to add a little more intensity. You don’t always need anything, sometimes it’s just a good heart racing circuit full of body weight.

Having access to the following will ensure you can progress over the 6 weeks:

 

  • Light Dumbbells or Kettlebell
  • Heavy Dumbbells or Kettlebell
  • Skipping Rope
  • Booty Bands
  • Mat
SCULPT PROGRAM

Choose the Sculpt program if you:

  • Want to sculpt and tone
  • Want to burn body fat 
  • Want a tighter waist and hips 
  • Want to create definition
  • Love a variety of training
  • Need workouts without complex gym equipment

Prepare yourself for 6 weeks of strength, HIIT and sculpting circuits to create a toned, feminine shape. These workouts are around 30-45 minutes and really ensure your whole body is worked. 

What do you need:

The Sculpt program can be done at home or the gym. For home workouts it’s suggested that you have a few pieces of equipment, the strength circuits will need a few different weights to challenge yourself, the HIIT and sculpting circuits need little to no equipment to complete.

Having access to the following will ensure you can progress over the 6 weeks:

 

  • Light Dumbbells or Kettlebell
  • Heavy Dumbbells or Kettlebell
  • Skipping Rope
  • Booty Bands
  • Ankle Weights
  • Fitball
  • Mat
BOOTY PROGRAM

Choose the Booty program if you: 

  • Want to build lean legs
  • Want to lift and build your glutes 
  • Want to create shape and strength 
  • Want to keep body fat low
  • Love weight training with a little cardio to ensure you stay lean
  • Need workouts to challenge and motivate you

Prepare yourself for 6 weeks of hard work, these glutes won’t build themselves magically! They need challenging workouts that focus on building lean muscle while alternating with sculpting full body HIIT sessions to get results.  These workouts are around 45 minutes and designed for maximum results. 

What do you need: 

The Booty program can be done at home or the gym. For home workouts it’s suggested that you have a few pieces of equipment, the strength circuits will need a few different weights to challenge yourself, the HIIT and sculpting circuits need little to no equipment to complete.

 

Having access to the following will ensure you can progress over the 6 weeks:

HOW DO I GET ACCESS

MY APP & WEBSITE PORTAL 

The 6 Week Fit Body Training Program requires you to simply complete workouts via the App, eat as closely as you can to the meal guide and follow along on the suggestions for the program to reach your goals. Once you purchase your program, you will get access to the members dashboard on the website where you will find your meal guide, recipes and motivation. Workouts are completed using my app which you will need to download from the App store, the link for the app and all other information will be sent to you by email once you have bought your program.

Depending which program you have selected will depend on what equipment you will need access to. Some App workouts require little to no equipment, and can be done anywhere, while others may need dumbbells, a fit ball and bands . Just check the program in the app when you log in or see the description at the top of this page (expand the button) which lists the programs overview.  

 

THE TRAINING INCLUDES: 
  • Full body HIIT circuits for fat loss and toning
  • Booty and Leg HIIT and Strength circuits for definition and toning
  • Upper body focused HIIT and Strength circuits for power and definition
  • Low intensity band and floor work to sculpt and lengthen
  • Cardio for fat loss and that lean feeling

You’ll receive your workout and tasks that are recommended for the day, clearly laid out ready to go in the Nikki Auckland app. You can watch me demonstrate each exercise if you’re unsure and time your workout using our in-app timer! Simply tick off the checklist when you have done them and be accountable like never before! Link your MyFitnessPal account to the training app and we can discuss progress at your check-ins.

MY MEAL GUIDE

This is arguably the most exciting and diverse part of our new program. Our brand new Meal Guide function allows you to easily view and change each of the meals.  Absolutely amazing for people who don’t like something that’s suggested, simply swap it out for another recipe of similar calories. You’re going to love this!

MINDSET

Feeling a little flat? Wondering, “what would Nikki do?” #WWND

From the members dashboard in you program, you can navigate to the MINDSET tab, where you will find a different piece of advice and motivation – something different EVERY WEEK. There will be some downloadable content to help you succeed with improving your mindset and getting in the best possible head space so you can take on the world.

MY TRACKERS

The MY TRACKERS area allows you to track your progress daily/weekly. Each week you will be able to update your measurements, weight, water consumption, energy levels just to name a few and be able to look at them at a glance to see how you went through the week. This will really help you understand what areas you need to work on and what areas you are nailing!

MY PROGRESS PICS will store all of your pics – your initial questionnaire pics and your check in pics, this is a visual tool to see your progress.

Simply choose your program and get access to our MEMBERS LOUNGE while your program is being put together. Each program is developed for your exact needs and therefore takes 3-5 days to put together with the information that you provide when you purchase. Our members lounge will get you started with a few workouts to try, a few recipes to cook up and a little taste of what’s in store for your 6 weeks with me.
