The 6 Week Bootcamp Challenge requires you to simply turn up to as many bootcamp sessions as you can (at Oran Park, NSW) AND eat as closely to the meal guide or macro targets as you can. You can complete extra workouts from our Member’s Lounge on our website if you can’t make it to a bootcamp class. The member’s lounge hosts workouts, recipes and some great resources to assist you.
If you are completing the challenge online, simply do your app workouts, eat as closely as you can to the meal guide or macro targets and check in with me fortnightly so I can check over your progress. That’s it!
