FIT BODY BY NIKKI can get you results in a personal and private setting at Harrington Park, these sessions are 1 on 1 and developed specifically for your needs! Personal training will help you succeed toward your specific goal, whether it be fat loss, firming and toning, muscle development or strength and conditioning at a faster pace than if you were to do it by yourself. I develop custom fitness plans and offer accountability to make sure you are reaching your targets. My aim is to get you to where you want to be in the quickest time possible, whilst teaching you fantastic technique and building your knowledge around training and nutrition. With me as your fitness coach you will succeed!

Choose to do PT sessions as a stand alone program or add a nutritionally balanced meal plan which will sky rocket your results in record time.
