This recipe takes you from warm winter oats to beautiful summer oats literally overnight. By soaking the oats overnight you soften them and infuse all the goodness of the other ingredients right into them making them creamy and soft.

  • 1/2 cup oats 50g
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup low fat greek yoghurt 125g
  • 15 grams vanilla protein powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp almonds flaked


  • In an individual food storage container, add the ingredients. Stir. Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir up the mixture; it should be thick and the oats should be completely soft. Add the toppings. Repeat forever.
  • Store in an airtight contain in the fridge for up to 5 days.


This is the perfect meal prep brekky, make a triple batch and leave in the fridge for the next 3 mornings. Pre-made batches will last 5 days in the fridge!
