NIKKI is a Fat Loss Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructors & runs workshops and retreats for women all around the country.
I’ve cultivated the life, relationships and business of my dreams so it's safe to say I know more than a thing or two about making desires become a reality (especially those that feel outrageously out of reach!). For a lot of women, I’ve helped them turn the “impossible” into something totally achievable and I’m ready to share the first steps to getting there with you.
Over the past decade, I have poured my heart and soul into helping women create their ‘dream’ healthy lifestyle. I have been both aligned with my own health and fitness path and totally off it too, yikes!. I know how hard it can be, I’m here to tell you that I have tried it all. Luckily, a few years back, I found the formula that works for busy women, for women of all life stages and for women who have tried it all. My method is called the busy babes method, it works and I can’t wait to share it with you!

There certainly is. The entire 10 days is planned out with all meals, snacks and recipes included. It caters to meat and vegetarian eaters. The plan contains eggs, so if you eat vegan and can substitute eggs and a small amount of other foods you can most certainly do the program.

The workouts are a mix of strength training and pilates. They are designed to support your body and mind during this time and not add stress or fatigue. The workouts are under 30 minutes and are do it with me style workouts, so you can follow along.
You will need a fitness mat (or soft carpet) and a pair of dumbbells.

You’ll have content access for the life of the program so you can come back anytime you feel need a reset and repeat.
