Hi, I’m Nikki — a personal trainer, pilates instructor, pilates facilitator with Studio Pilates, nutrition coach and a mum of 3.
I’ve been overweight, overwhelmed and I somehow lost my confidence and zest for life with motherhood.
After being diagnosed with anxiety disorder, panic disorder, depression and agoraphobia, I decided it was time to prioritise my health and wellness, which led me to re-train as a personal trainer, refresh my nutrition qualifications and jump back into the health and fitness game, all in.
With all of my offerings, I bring my own experience with past struggles to my thriving female community. My priority is to help them nourish their souls, ignite their confidence and bring out their inner Queen.

My mission is to share the power of fitness and nutrition with the world. We all have busy lives, but we need to make time for ourselves. That’s why I built the FIT BODY PROGRAMS and designed them to fit around your lives, whatever your schedule.
I offer 2 levels of coaching to suit every woman and every budget. Whether you need a meal plan, macro and calorie target, a training program or the complete bundle, I will combine it with my effective coaching methods to bring you results you dream of!
