MY SIGNATURE FIT BODY PROGRAM (GROUP)
12 WEEKS
WHATโS INCLUDED:
Same as the Nutrition Only but DOES NOT include fortnightly check-ins or meal plans, and includes:
Monthly training program, choose your style: (scroll down for full details on training styles)
POWER: Strength training
PILATES: Mat pilates with small equipment
POWER X PILATES (BBM): Combination of strength training and pilates
Strength program updated monthly to allow for members to build work capacity and progress.
Pilates workouts are updated weekly although they rotate some similar workouts over the month to ensure progressive results
*This is our group coaching program that offers as much value as we can cram in but for a fraction of the price of 1:1 Platinum Coaching. This program is a gentle entry point into living a healthy lifestyle, however if you are wanting a level up and are ready to some serious changes for your mindset and physique we highly recommend at least 1 x round of the 1:1 Platinum before continuing on with this program
THE VIP PROGRAM

Accelerate Your Results Coaching Call to understand your goals, and set you up for success
Weekly check-ins using our in-house spreadsheet to track your journey and give you a first hand visual on your results and progress
Weekly video feedback from Nikki assessing your week and guiding you into the next week with changes and updates as needed
Review and adjustment of your calories and macros
5 days a week Chat support via the App (will reply within business hours)
Ultimate accountability and expert guidance
Teach you how to eat for your goals and guide you to nourish your body and mind
