Steps

Once we connect face-to-face I will walk you through a brief health assessment, a diet and lifestyle assessment and find out more about your goals and needs.

How

Based on the assessment I will work with you to develop a personalised dietary plan. You will be sent a link to download our FBBN App where I have created the 3 x meal plan along with any other relevant resources, you will have access to our food diary and measurement recording to track your progress and keep connected via in app messaging and reminders.

The initial personalised meal plan will last you 1-2 weeks depending on how repetitive you like your meals to be... simply fill out the weekly Nutrition Review Check-In form int he app to review your results and make a new plan for the following week.

Monitor calories, steps, sleep, workouts, weight, progress pictures, and more, all in one convenient place. We also hold mini 7 day challenges to help our members stay fresh focused and accountable. We love to help our community to have fun along the way!

  • Your custom meal plan will be developed for your goals, personal likes and structured for convenience. These delicious recipes can be found within our app and can be conveniently tracked straight into the food diary within the App. Enjoy the convenience of easily managing your dietary goals with this streamlined feature!

  • Our nutrition provides personalised calorie and macro targets that align with your specific goals. You will gain valuable knowledge about your protein and calorie needs, enabling you to make informed decisions. Tracking your food is an integral part of our program as it is the quickest and most accurate method to track your progress, however you may want to take a more gentle approach and simply start using our recipes and monitoring your intake. By monitoring your food intake, you can make precise adjustments and achieve optimal results.

  • Stay accountable and motivated with our ‘optional’ zoom coach calls and progress tracking system. We value your progress and provide valuable feedback to help you reach your goals.

    This is not required but it can offer some guidance to you reaching your goals. Simply keep your eye out in the app for the Coaching call zoom link.

  • At Fit Body by Nikki, we prioritise goal setting and daily habit tracking to ensure steady progress towards your objectives.
