Our Gold Group Challenge is a program that runs systematically for 12 weeks and has 3 intakes each year. Our next Gold Group Intake starts on Monday 26th February, 2024.

This program is a group adaptation of my popular Platinum program, offering the same effective strategies but at a more affordable price. While this option provides group coaching only, without private messaging or individual accountability, you still have the opportunity to engage with me and seek guidance within the group facebook forum. Rest assured, you'll receive the support you need to thrive on this transformative journey.

what is included in the challenge ?

  • Our nutrition program provides personalised nutrition targets that align with your specific goals. You will gain valuable knowledge about your protein and calorie needs, enabling you to make informed decisions. Tracking your food is an integral part of our program as it is the quickest and most accurate method to track your progress. By monitoring your food intake, you can make precise adjustments and achieve optimal results.

  • Enjoy our smart monthly training program, which includes three weights sessions, two optional focus sessions, and on-demand Pilates workouts delivered through the FBBN training app. Sculpt your physique with ease.

  • Gain weekly access to the FBBN App for tracking your nutrition, workouts, habits, and maintaining accountability. Monitor calories, steps, sleep, workouts, weight, progress pictures, and more, all in one convenient place.

  • Gain access to a wide range of family-friendly recipes that are both simple to prepare and incredibly tasty. These delicious recipes can be found within our app  in the recipe hub section and can be conveniently tracked straight into the food diary within the App. Enjoy the convenience of easily managing your dietary goals with this streamlined feature! We also will provide you with a sample meal plan to get you started.

  • As part of our program, you will have the opportunity for self-monitored check-ins and progress tracking. Please note that these check-ins do not include feedback or tracking from our team. We do have our FB Support Group where you can ask questions, view tutorials and get help anytime of the day. However, if you feel the need for additional support, you can always book a Power Chat session for $99. Simply reach out to me, and we'll arrange it accordingly.

  • Participate in our weekly group Q&A sessions, accompanied by daily app habit tracking, to ensure you consistently take steps towards your goals. This combination of structured group sessions and ongoing habit tracking provides a cohesive framework for your progress and keeps you accountable throughout your journey.

  • Monthly Masterclasses and group coaching in our private Facebook group to help you tackle various topics and understand fitness and nutrition better! Knowledge is power.
