Choc Fudge Brownies

INGREDIENTS (Brownie Batter):

  • 2 eggs

  • 125ml Lakanto Maple Flavoured Syrup

  • 10ml vanilla extract

  • 40g oats

  • 50g cacao powder

  • 2.5g salt

  • 125g baking stevia

  • 225g Bulla High Protein Cottage Cheese

INGREDIENTS (Brownie Topping):

  • 25g Noshu 95% Sugar Free Milk Chocolate chips

METHOD:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175ºC degrees. (if using the air fryer, see last step).

  2. Spray a 20x20cm baking pan with cooking spray, then add some baking paper.

  3. To a high speed blender, add all the brownie mix ingredients and process until it's smooth and creamy.

  4. Transfer the batter to your baking pan and top with the Noshu baking melts and push them in a little on the top of the brownie.

  5. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool completely, before cutting into 8 squares.

  6. AIR FRY COOKING: You may need to cook in 2 batches. Spray cooking tin with cooking spray and pour half the batter in, top with choc chips and cook 175ºC degrees for 12 minutes. Repeat for the next batch.
