  • No. We won’t supply you with a meal guide to start off with. This is part of the process to develop your mastery around macros.

    It will all make sense within the program and we can assure you that the macro tracking part will leave room for delicious treats and soul food that WILL keep to stuck to the program like glue.

    • Our workouts are designed to be done at home with minimal equipment BUT you most certainly can do them at the gym.

    • There are home and gym option for the exercises.

    • A fitness mat, a pair of light and heavier dumbbells, and step or bench are recommended.

    • We provide modifications for all fitness levels.

  • The workouts are typically 40-45 minutes long, making them perfect for fitting into a busy schedule.

    We offer 3 strength workouts a week all within the App. This is the perfect number of sessions to make sure you get results but aren’t feeling over worked.

  • Absolutely! Our sample meal guides include a variety of options and can be adapted to suit different dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more.

    We actually get you to choose foods you enjoy and track them, this helps you to stay more accountable to the eating plan and gives us the perfect starting point information.

  • The FBBN App holds your program and weekly modules. You simply open the app each day to see your workout for the day, step & water goals to tick off and access your recipe library.

    The app has workout reminders, messages from me and sync's to your smart watch for the complete health and wellness experience.
