This woman turned up at the FBBN bootcamp 5 years ago (2018) and claimed that she wouldn't last long so don't expect too much...⁠

Well 5 years later this woman (OUR dear client and friend) has transformed not only her body but her MIND! and she is still with us (honestly makes me well up)⁠

Apart from a fruit cake incident she has been tackling her health and fitness journey with us for 5 years...⁠

The REAL changes happened when my bootcamp closed its doors and we opened up online coaching - she trusted us and our methods >>> the rest is history. Strength training, macro counting and coaching ALL led her to this current picture - which is mind blowing, insanely strong, fit and smokin !

Maria signed up for the 12 Week Power Program which opened it's doors in May 2022 and went for the Group option, she then completed another round of group before UPGRADING to the 1:1 option - and this is where her results started snow balling!!!⁠
